Return and Refund Policy for Sonna Brado

Welcome to www.sonnabrado.com. We appreciate your business and hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

General Return Policy

  • Return Eligibility: Most products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original, undamaged condition and include all original packaging and materials. This includes the Angel Blades Signature Series scissors.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on online videos, hair-cutting and styling appointments, and tickets to in-person classes taught by Sonna Brado.
  • Condition for Returns: Products must be in the condition in which you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to some items.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@seriousbeauty.com to obtain a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

  • Refund Timing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@seriousbeauty.com.

Cancellation and Rescheduling for Appointments

  • Cancellations: Appointments can be canceled up to 14 days before the scheduled date to be eligible for a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations within 13 days of the appointment are not eligible for a deposit refund.
  • Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled once, up to one week prior to the original appointment date. A second rescheduling request will require the balance of $175 to be paid in full. Canceled reschedules are not eligible for a deposit refund.

Product Warranty

  • Warranty: Our products, including the Angel Blades scissors, come with a manufacturer’s warranty. For warranty details, please contact info@seriousbeauty.com.
