Exchanges and Refunds

Most importantly, we appreciate your business and hope you are delighted with your shear purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to exchanging your shear, sending your shear in for a warranty repair or for a refund/return.

  • Restocking Fee for Exchanges/Refunds/Returns: A restocking fee of $20 per scissor applies to all scissors. Some rare exceptions can apply.
  • Exchange Eligibility: Most products can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Warranty repair Eligibility: $20 Warranty repair service offered within 1 year of purchase. Some exclusions apply, proof of purchase is required. 
  • Refund/Return Eligibility: Most products can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Condition for Returns: Products must be in the condition in which you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
